Write Camilla MacKay (cmackay@brynmawr.edu). We'll usually need the text of the article (usually your Word document). Most publishers won't allow the final, formatted version to be made open access without payment, but if we can use this, we will.

More information about the OA policy is here. 

Books are not part of the OA policy, but sometimes we can make part of a book available, like an introductory chapter. Please write and ask.

We also subscribe to some journals where the library subscription includes automatic open access for the article from the publisher's website (see the guide for BMC "read and publish" agreements).

The faculty OA policy applies to scholarship by TT, tenured, and CNTT faculty that was written at Bryn Mawr. But we may be able to make more of your scholarship available: please write Camilla MacKay if you are interested. We can also make other forms of scholarly communication available: conference presentations (slides, video), audio files, etc.
