The TriCo library catalog, Tripod, has records for all physical objects (like books or DVDs) in the TriCo, and e-books, streaming videos, online journals at Bryn Mawr.

You can use a keyword search to locate books, videos, or journals. Click on the record to find out where a book is located, and if it's available. If it's available, go find it on the shelf, or log in to Tripod to request that it be delivered to a circulation desk.

This search doesn't locate articles within journals though. Pull down "Books + Media" and choose "Books + Media + Articles" to search many databases like JSTOR together with books and videos.

This search doesn't cover everything we have, though. Many article databases are not searchable through Tripod, like Proquest. Even though there will be a lot of articles, it's good to remember that this is only a partial list.

For more in-depth research in a subject, it's best to use the TriCo subject guides. Each of these guides has the best databases for the subject, and recommendations for resources from librarians in the Trico.

Librarians are happy to meet one on one for additional assistance at any point in your research. Email library@brynmawr.edu with questions, or make an appointment with a librarian in your subject area. Find out more about the librarians here (click on the names to find links for making appointments).
