Q. How do I set up a proxy borrowing account (for a student to be able to check out books for a faculty member, for example)?

If you're a faculty member who needs a student research assistant to be able to borrow books on your behalf (or you're someone who needs anyone else to be able to pick up books for you), fill out this form with your information and a note about what you need, and someone will get back to you.
