Q. I want to use one of the classrooms in Carpenter or Canaday. What should I do?

All classroom reservations (including Canaday 315 and Carpenter B15, 17, 19, 21, 23) are handled through Conferences and Events. Classrooms are locked except when classes are scheduled. 

To reserve a classroom for a meeting or an event, use the Conferences and Events EMS reservation system. Plan ahead: you must do this 24 hours in advance. 

There are rooms that don't require EMS reservations: Collier 380, Canaday 311 and 313 (ask at circulation desk in Canaday). 

Drinks are only allowed in spill-proof containers, and food is not allowed in the libraries except in the Lusty Cup in Canaday or in Room 380 in Collier.
