Q. How do I get a book/article/DVD that is not in the TriCo libraries?

You can request print books through EZBorrow, which is a network of nearby libraries. This is the fastest way to get a book that's not in Tripod. 

Books not available through EZBorrow, and any other type of physical item like DVDs can be requested through Interlibrary loan (ILL). 

For a journal article or a chapter in a book, use ILL. You'll receive a link to a PDF copy, usually within a few days.
