Book requests through EZBorrow tend to come within a few days because they come from nearby libraries.

Interlibrary loan (ILL) requests for books can take longer (sometimes weeks longer), and may even be requested from libraries in other countries. You can log in to your ILL account and see the status of your request.

Article requests through Interlibrary Loan are usually turned around in a couple of days, but it may take a bit longer if the source is not held in many libraries.
