Q. How do I get access to library databases when I'm off campus?

You usually won't need to do anything. If you're trying to access a resource that you found through the Tripod library catalog or through the TriCo library resource guides, you'll be prompted to log in to the proxy server using your Bryn Mawr login. Once you are logged in, you will have access (and you'll see that proxy.brynmawr.edu appears in the URL for the resource you're using).
